Frequently asked questions

Short answers about how pickBlink works, what it costs and how it connects to your stores.

What is pickBlink?

pickBlink is a warehouse picking app for small online shops. You photograph your shelves, mark each bin on the photo and say which products are in it. When an order comes in from your store, the bins to pick from light up on the photo, with how many to take from each.

Which stores does pickBlink work with?

Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Etsy, eBay, Amazon and Wix. Shopify, WooCommerce and BigCommerce send new orders instantly; Etsy, eBay, Amazon and Wix orders are fetched every 15 minutes. You can also add orders by hand.

How much does pickBlink cost?

pickBlink is $9 a month after a 3-day free trial, and you don’t need a card to start the trial. The subscription includes the whole app and 100 AI credits a month. Extra AI credits cost $9 for 100 or $35 for 500.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every account starts with 3 days free, with all features and 20 AI credits. No card is needed. After the trial you can subscribe for $9 a month; if you don’t, your orders and storage stay safe in read-only mode.

Do I need special hardware?

No. pickBlink runs in the browser on any computer, tablet or phone. Pickers can scan barcodes with the phone camera, and USB or Bluetooth barcode scanners work too.

How long does setup take?

About ten minutes for a first shelf: take a photo, let AI find the bins (or draw them), connect your store and drag your products onto the photo.

What kind of storage does pickBlink work with?

Anything you can photograph: shelves with bins or totes, drawer cabinets, pallet racks, peg boards or boxes on the floor. Each storage unit is one photo, and bins can be rectangles or any shape.

Can one product be in more than one bin?

Yes. Put a SKU in as many bins as you like; when you pick, pickBlink shows each bin it’s in, and stock is deducted from the bin you picked from.

What is walking order?

Walking order means the items in an order are sorted by where they are on your shelves, so a picker walks each aisle once instead of zigzagging. pickBlink numbers the lit bins in that order.

Can I pick several orders at once?

Yes. Select orders in the Orders list and press Pick together. pickBlink combines them into one list on the shelf photo, and completes them all at the end.

Does pickBlink work offline?

pickBlink needs an internet connection to load orders and save progress, but ticked-off items are remembered on the device if the connection drops mid-pick.

Can my staff use it?

Yes. Invite them with a link. Staff can pick, pack and manage storage; admins also manage users, stores, settings and billing.

Will pickBlink tell my store an order shipped?

If you switch it on, completing an order marks it shipped in Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Etsy, eBay and Wix. Amazon requires a tracking number, so Amazon orders are confirmed in Seller Central as usual.

Is my data safe?

Each business’s data is kept separate. pickBlink never asks for your store password: you approve it inside your store, and the access it gets from one-click connections is kept on the server, never sent to the browser.

Can I import products without connecting a store?

Yes. You can type SKUs into bins, add product names and photos in pickBlink, and add orders by hand.
