pickBlink is a warehouse picking app for online shops, at app.pickblink.com, with this website at pickblink.com. This policy covers both. If anything is unclear, write to support@pickblink.com.
What we collect
- Your account: your email address, a scrambled form of your password (never the password itself), your business or personal name, and your role. If you sign in with Google, also the name and account ID Google shares with us.
- What you put into pickBlink: photos of your shelves and products, storage layouts, bin labels, SKUs, product names and stock counts.
- Orders from your stores: order numbers, the items and quantities in them and their status. pickBlink does not store your customers' names, addresses or payment details.
- Store connections: the access your store grants pickBlink when you connect it (Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Etsy, eBay, Amazon or Wix). It's kept on our server and never sent to your browser.
- Billing: your plan, credit balance and the Stripe customer and subscription IDs. Card details go straight to Stripe; we never see or store them.
- Activity and security: a log of actions in your account (for example sign-ins, orders picked and settings changed), with the IP address they came from, so admins can see who did what and so we can stop password guessing.
Why we use it
- To run the app for you: show your storage, light up the bins for each order and keep products and orders in sync with your stores.
- To bill you, through Stripe, for the subscription and any AI credits you buy.
- To send you emails you need: a welcome email, invites from your team, password-reset links and reminders before and when your free trial ends. We don't send marketing emails.
- To keep accounts safe and fix problems.
We don't sell your data, show ads or use it to train AI models.
Who processes it for us
- Cloudflare runs the pickBlink server and this website, and stores shelf and product photos.
- Neon hosts the database.
- Vercel hosts the app at app.pickblink.com.
- Stripe handles payments.
- Brevo sends our emails.
- Anthropic (Claude) receives a shelf photo when you use Auto detect, and your question with the relevant storage details when you ask the assistant. Nothing is sent to it unless you use those features.
- Google, if you choose "Continue with Google", to confirm who you are.
- Your stores, which send orders and products to pickBlink and, if you switch it on, are told when an order has shipped.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States. We use them only to run pickBlink.
Cookies and storage in your browser
The app sets one cookie, which keeps you signed in for up to 7 days. It also remembers small preferences in your browser, like the page to return to after signing in. This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or trackers.
How long we keep it
Your account data is kept while your account exists. If your trial ends without a subscription, your data stays so you can come back to it, until you ask us to delete it. Server logs are kept for up to 7 days. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete it and its data within 30 days, except what the law requires us to keep, such as payment records.
Your choices
You can see and change most of your data in the app. Write to support@pickblink.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, delete your account or object to how we use it. We answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
Each business's data is kept separate from every other business. Connections are encrypted, passwords are stored scrambled, and store access is kept on the server only.
Children
pickBlink is a tool for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top, and tell account admins by email when the change matters.
