Pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 3 days with every feature and 20 AI credits. You don’t need a card to start it.
What happens when the trial ends?
Subscribe for $9 a month to keep going. If you don’t, your account becomes read-only: you can still see your orders, storage and products, and new orders from your stores are still recorded, but picking, completing orders and AI wait until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted.
What’s included in the subscription?
Everything: picking, storage units, all 7 store integrations, stock counts, packing slips and team members, with no caps on orders, storage units or team members, plus 100 AI credits every month.
What uses AI credits?
Finding the bins on a shelf photo costs 1 credit. Asking the assistant a question costs 1 credit. Getting placement suggestions for products costs 3 credits. If an AI request fails, the credit is given back.
Do credits expire?
No. Unused credits stay on your account. The subscription adds 100 credits each month on top of what you have, and extra packs add more.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, from the Plan & credits page. The subscription runs until the end of the month you’ve paid for; after that the account becomes read-only and your data stays.
How do I pay?
Payments go through Stripe Checkout, in US dollars, by card.
